- Identify your target group – your ideal client and remember you want to be true to them. Do not hop from one business to the other. This will confuse your clients and with time people will stop taking your seriously. This is where you compromise your integrity as somebody lacking authority.
- You must learn to say NO. In order for you to focus you will have to learn how to say no to clients who do not fit in your business concept.
- Go back to your drawing board and find out how many years of horizon goals did you set originally and how far have you moved away from this point because of lack of being focused.
- Always keep in mind, what is at risk if you do not focus? While revenue may be increasing, most likely your efficiency is suffering as a result of not being focused.
- One of the worst things that happen to people who are not focused is their brands become diluted and inconsistent. It takes great time and effort to personal brand yourself, and it takes only 1 minute to destroy that simply because of not being focused.
