When writing the article you want to know exactly what is it that you want to achieve. Do you want to promote somebody else’s product, do you want to promote your product or do you want to build your list. These are three important things you want to think about.
In this case let us look at article writing to promote affiliate products. The first thing you need to do here is to find an article and then the product which you want to promote. This can be a challenge as finding unique articles in an extremely competitive market is very difficult. However here are some tools that you may want to use to solve this problem:
Private Label Articles:
Finding a topic is finding content. You can use the private label articles which is basically articles have rights and that owner will allow you on agreement be it by virtue of purchase or transfer of copyrights to put your name on it, or change them around so that you have a starting point by re-writing the articles. This way your readers will know it is you because eventually your readers are going to be accustomed to your writing. This way you make every article unique, because many people are downloading the same private label article and they are probably likely to post the same content over and over again. So if somebody reads the article and read yours they will be already familiar to the material although the content has different authors on them.
As long as you have the writes to use the articles, go ahead and change them. It is important to check and confirm that you have the rights to use these articles so that you avoid being involved in legal disputes with the copyrights owners.

You will find sites that offer free of charge copyright articles, but then again you need to be careful here and not to compromise on quality as the article you purchase and publish will be what people will be associating you with.
Text Editor:
No matter what you prefer for example notepad, wordpad or Microsoft word where you can write or re-write your articles, store and use them as and when you need them.
Website or Blog:
If you are promoting affiliate product it may not be necessary for you to have a website, but instead a blog where you can build trust and relationship with your audience by offering them content value articles.
