I recently read Gary Vaynerchuk’s book Crush It as it is part of the activities around the 100 Day Champions Challenge that I am currently taking part in.  I must admit I came across Gary Vaynerchuk’s interview some time ago and I must admit that I was turned off, mostly because of his coarse language. (He says he is working on cleaning up his act.) Why I Joined The 100 Day Champions Challenge

There are several reasons you will find why other people have decided to join the 100 Day Champions Challenge.  Some of them are doing this for the 4th time, well I am doing this for the 1st time.  Believe me, this blew me off when I just decided to look at the broader pictures.

Already 165 people have joined even before the closing date which is tomorrow 26th January, 2012 at 6 pm EST and just the imagination of what impact this will have on my business is amazing.  165+ highly motivate network marketers merging together with the sole purpose of taking their business to the next level, believe me this will definitely make an impact to my business this year.

With that said, I decided to re-create my goals a new changing them from what my colleagues considered moderation to demanding targets which I want to meet:

  1. I want to start off a Fresh with my primary cosmetic business and get 10 new highly motivated team members who  what to make a BIG change in their lives and are prepared to do everything within their means to achieve this.  I have done all the necessary preparation or ground work required in order to start off a fresh.
  2. I want to learn to become a Leader because I want to develop a team that I will be leading to success.  It is not enough just to get people to sign up, it is important that I am able to guide my team as well, teach them so that they in turn can teach their team.
  3. I want to organize the 1st English – German Speaking Network Marketing Meeting in my area where I want to build a platform where Network Marketers can learn and support each other.

These are my goals that I have set for myself and I want to achieve them.  There is nothing difficult like putting your goals on paper and and worse still making it public, but that is also part of the smaller challenge that I undertook for myself, because only this way I know that I will be able to make positive changes for my business.
